Vigilia is the module that lets you create, enter and use QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) sheets.

Main features

• Management of non-conformity sheets

The Vigilia module allows you to centralise discrepancies and anomalies found in the laboratory. The forms are entered by authorised users and the quality manager can validate and use them. To give you maximum flexibility, each form can be fully customised in terms of both data and presentation. The form design tool allows you to create an unlimited number of templates.

• Action plans

Events can be sorted and analysed, leading to the creation of action plans that will ensure :

  • Analysis of causes,
  • Implementing and monitoring preventive, corrective and improvement actions,

Checking the effectiveness of actions taken.

• Audit

Vigilia enables you to create, plan and monitor audits and the resulting actions.

• Evaluation of suppliers

It is possible to create a schedule for these assessments, link a form, (Vigilia) link documents and all the events linked to a given supplier, its products and its equipment.

It is also possible to link a form, (Vigilia), documents or all events relating to a specific supplier, such as its products and equipment.

• Statistical analysis

Statistical analysis of information from events is just a few clicks away: data display, grouping, filters, search, totals, inter-file statistics, graphical presentation (breakdowns and trends), export, etc.

• Process management

Links to all the elements described in INLOG4QMS, enabling a search by process.

• Alerts

In addition to alerting referrers on a form, Vigilia also offers the option of triggering customisable alerts, based for example on the number of events entered over a period, or on exceeding a value that you define yourself.
