• Review of applicable standards, COFRAC requirements, and regulatory obligations

Comprehensive analysis of the relevant normative framework, COFRAC criteria, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Initial assessment and gap analysis

During this first phase, we review your organization’s overall context (interested parties, quality policy, scope of activities, strategic challenges, etc.) and analyze your existing documentation. Meetings are held with senior management.

This phase concludes with a detailed report and a customized action plan.

Definition and implementation of a structured operational plan.

• Organizational support

Support is a key component of your continuous improvement and change management approach. Our consultants assist you in designing, implementing, and improving your quality management system in accordance with NF EN ISO 17025.

They remain at your side throughout the project, from the initial assessment to full system implementation and successful accreditation. The action plan is updated as the project progresses.
