Why?

Obtaining QUALIOPI certification

QUALIOPI certification is a legal requirement in order to benefit from public or pooled funding, in accordance with Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future.

Article 6 of this law establishes the obligation for organizations carrying out activities contributing to skills development to be certified by a third-party certification body, based on a single national framework, if they wish to benefit from public or pooled funding.

According to Ordinance No. 2020-387 of April 1, 2020, quality certification has been mandatory since January 1, 2022.

This phase concludes with a report and the drafting of a personalized action plan.

Our consultants support you throughout your project, from the initial diagnosis to the implementation of your management system and the achievement of certification. The action plan is updated throughout the process.

Implementation of the actions defined during the establishment of the operational schedule.

• Planning

Scheduling of the audit with a certification body.

Who is this certification intended for?

The QUALIOPI certification is intended for providers delivering services that contribute to skills development (training providers, skills assessment providers, providers supporting the validation of prior experience, and apprenticeship training providers).

What is the duration of the support?

The duration of quality support may range from 6 to 12 months. This variation depends on your situation (based on the initial assessment report), your organization’s size, and the resources allocated. You will be supported by a QUALIOPI expert consultant.
