Production sheet

The production sheet is a list of actions to be carried out on a daily basis for one or more given functions and therefore for given jobs. The purpose of these sheets is to ensure that tasks are carried out correctly. A dashboard is used to monitor the entry of production sheets.

Each action is traceable by electronic signature. A production sheet can be signed by several people, depending on how the day is organised. You have complete control over the design of the forms.

Equipment

Manage your equipment’s synoptic sheets, with statuses linked to scheduled tasks. Integrate documents and incidents with your equipment.

Scheduled tasks

The “Planned tasks” function lets you predefine a set of planned actions to be carried out. These actions relate to the maintenance of equipment, premises or storage areas, meetings, etc. Planned tasks are fully traceable. They can be validated directly or after validation of a form. All users with access to scheduled tasks can edit a scheduled task or validate one of its deadlines.

History

A history of interventions and traceability of actions is integrated.
