GDPR & Health Data: A Major Challenge at the Heart of Inlog’s Mission
On October 25, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Arnaud Bouton and Ms. Lucie Maniller from the law firm Kiron Avocats for an in-depth update session on GDPR regulations, with a particular focus on health data retention.
As a software publisher specializing in blood management and health data, GDPR compliance goes far beyond a legal obligation for us —
it represents:
- an ethical responsibility toward patients,
- a guarantee of trust for our clients,
- and a core pillar ensuring the security and traceability of highly sensitive information.
This session was an opportunity to review the key GDPR principles — data retention limitation, security, accountability — and to explore their practical implementation throughout the health data lifecycle.
It was a valuable moment to further strengthen our culture of compliance and our commitment to data protection.
A warm thank you to Mr. Bouton, Ms. Maniller, and Kiron Avocats for their clear, insightful, and engaging presentation.
At Inlog, we remain fully committed to combining technological innovation with respect for fundamental rights.
