A Long-Term Partnership

A Long-Term Partnership: HUmani – CHU Charleroi-Chimay Transitions to Inlog4QMS

The laboratory of CHU Charleroi-Chimay, a long-standing Inlog client for over 20 years, is embarking on a new project to enhance its quality management system. This initiative is driven by a commitment to continuity and modernization, closely aligned with on-the-ground realities and the operational needs of its teams.

A Major Healthcare Player in Belgium

CHU Charleroi-Chimay is part of the HUmani intermunicipal network, the largest public employer in the Hainaut region, with over 6,000 staff members. The organization comprises five hospitals, several outpatient clinics, and ten sampling centers. Its clinical biology laboratory, located at Marie Curie Civil Hospital, processes more than 60,000 tests each month.

A Transition to a Next-Generation Solution

Already using Sapanet, Inlog’s legacy solution, the laboratory has chosen to transition to Inlog4QMS—our fully web-based quality management and inventory management system—in order to benefit from a more modern, flexible environment fully aligned with current usage. This migration addresses several key objectives:

  • Leveraging a sustainable and scalable solution,
  • Preserving and enhancing historical data,
  • Simplifying access and usability for teams,
  • Strengthening the performance and reliability of the quality management system.

VSTAFF Supporting Team Performance

As a fully web-based solution, VSTAFF offers:

  • A clear, centralized view of certifications and authorizations,
  • Structured tracking of each employee’s training and competencies,
  • Optimized management of training plans and career pathways,
  • Customized alerts and dashboards tailored to each role,
  • Enhanced performance and streamlined talent development.

CHU Charleroi-Chimay and Inlog: Project in Progress

Deployment is currently underway at CHU Charleroi-Chimay, with training sessions having started in early February. Data migration from SAPANET is also in progress.

A Collaboration Built on Trust and Listening

This project relies above all on close collaboration between the laboratory teams and Inlog. Support, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of operational challenges are at the heart of our approach.

Inlog’s Commitment

Alongside CHU Charleroi-Chimay, we are supporting this strategic milestone in the evolution of its quality organization, helping to strengthen the reliability and performance of laboratory practices. At Inlog, we remain fully committed to supporting healthcare institutions with sustainable solutions designed for healthcare professionals.
