Quality control concentrator
Features
Control charts, inter-laboratory controls and external controls, both quantitative and qualitative.
Pre-loaded Bioforma coordination tables.
Coding of units used by the laboratory (conventional or IS units) and automatic conversion to units compatible with the control body.
Automatic validation and graphic representation of the controls based on statistical rules (1s; 2s, trends rule, up to 12 different rules), both single and multi-level.
- Statistical and graphical analysis of controls (VALTEC method validation).
- The quantitative quality control representation is based on LEVEY JENNINGS and/or YOUDEN graphs.
- Application of the WESTGARD rules, including the trends rule (7T). These rules are applied for single and multiple controls. They are used to decide whether every new measure is acceptable.
These rules give the objective means of technically validating a series.
A table is provided by default with more than 2700 listed techniques. The laboratory can add its own specific techniques. The reference tables are used to define all techniques for each test carried out in the laboratory.
A table lists all the devices available to date. Links to the other modules are used to identify the laboratory equipment.
Homogénéité des données
Used to manage internal and external quality controls
- Centralize and display local or remote data (Control charts, inter-laboratory controls, external controls).
- Quality control management chart for all sectors of the laboratory, with visual validity level (acceptability) indicators.
- Uniformity control entries.
- Long-term archiving and traceability, independent of changes in batches, reagents, equipment or methods.
Control import and export
- Automated data import and integration from structured files (Excel, LIMS, SGL, automaton, etc.).
- Automation of inter-laboratory (or external body) control exports.
- Integration of results returned and target values.
