Olivier GAYDON was born in Paris in 1966. After obtaining a Masters Degree in IT Methods Applied to Management in 1989, and a Post-Graduate Degree in Company Administration, he started his career the same year, as software designer at Random Logistyle, the first company created by Guillaume JACOB and Renaud BLANC-BERNARD. He created INLOG with them in 1992, and became the Managing Director in 1994. From 1992 to 1999, he was responsible for key accounts and designed IT systems for EDF (French Electricity Company), one of the Group's only two non-medical clients; in 2000, he became Manager of quality, organisation and human resources.
Renaud BLANC-BERNARD was born in Lyon in 1965. He obtained a Masters Degree in IT Methods Applied to Management in 1987, and designed the CAI systems for the French National Research Institute (CNRS) and various research organisations. He took part in the creation of Logistyle in 1989, which he was Technical Manager of, then helped to create INLOG and became its CEO in 1994.
He managed in particular the strategy and marketing of the Group; in 2005, after two years of working in partnership with Cap Gemini, he got the national contract to computerise the French Blood Establishment.
Guillaume JACOB was born in Paris in 1964. He obtained a Masters Degree in IT Methods Applied to Management in 1987, and designed software on a freelance basis. In 1989, he created (with Renaud BLANC-BERNARD and the RANDOM Group) the development company Logistyle, one of the very first in France to introduce the Windows platform in the professional world. In 1992, he was one of the main founders of INLOG and became its Managing Director in 1994. Guillaume JACOB is Software Manager and also deals with the financial supervision of the Group. He is the main blood transfusion software designer of INLOG and, as such, is part of only a handful of experts throughout the world in this very specific field.
