Ethics

INLOG's Management team has a strong and constantly asserted ambition, that has been part of the company's development from the outset: we want to set up long-term rules and values of equity, probity and dedication, both internally and externally with our clients, suppliers and partners.

Equity in the social management of our teams. Probity in the commercial and contractual approach to business. Dedication in the services provided to our clients.

Over the years, our actions have reflected these values, and INLOG still enjoys a strong image of a company that is fair, honest and professional.

With real returns: a very low staff turnover, an exceptional client loyalty and, most of all, the satisfaction of all our staff in fulfilling their mission in the best possible way.

Renaud Blanc-Bernard
« At a time when the notions of ethics, sustainable development and fair trade are essential, one might ask oneself how much marketing and opportunism there is when some companies are flying such high standards. All people who have been dealing with INLOG for a long time (clients, employees, suppliers, partners, etc.) know that ethics and probity really are constant values for our company, and that they govern the way we operate. We know that this is well worthwhile in the long term, and very intellectually satisfying. » Renaud Blanc-Bernard, CEO

Quality: ISO 9001:2000, NF for software, and ISO-CEI 25051/12119

INLOG's unusual nature stems from its setting up an organisation and a quality policy rarely encountered in this sector. Several independent audits have recognised the high standard of the tools and methods INLOG uses on a daily basis: specialised redactional and documentation department, dedicated quality test service, fully computerised maintenance, and Web-based client space, for real-time viewing of submitted order progress and version schedule... ISO 9001:2000 certification rewarded this very comprehensive structure.

These quality requirements serve a range of innovative software, characterised by three complementary elements: a vast functional, constantly enriched, content, an ergonomic and well-finished design, and a very wide scope for adaptation and customisation. Quality service, quality products: this combination has earned INLOG a place among the leaders in each of the areas dealt with, and has ensured a sound corporate image with its clients.

Recently, INLOG submitted the software management quality plan to NF Software Certification, that includes, on top of ISO 9001 requirements, the international standard ISO 25051 (formerly 12119). The NF Software mark provides a quality assurance, and guarantees compliance to the product sheet, durability of the software characteristics and after-sales service.

The NF Software Certification is checked every year, just like the ISO 9001 Certification. INLOG is one of the only – if not the only – medico-technical software publishers that has such a quality guarantee.

Olivier Gaydon
« INLOG regularly allows its clients or prospects to come to the premises in LYON ( France ) to see how a software publisher applies a rigorous quality control system without harming responsiveness and creativity, by showing how the commercial, development and support teams work on a daily basis. Among the tools implemented, I personally supervise the annual satisfaction inquiry, the results of which will soon be published on the Inlog website. The forms returned by clients can be consulted at the company's headquarters. » Olivier Gaydon, Managing Director and Quality Manager
